PNO is for children ages 4 – 12 years old. Our incredible staff will provide an evening full of games and activities, as well as providing dinner, snacks for all students for only $25. Please bring a refillable water bottle with you. Both members and non-members are invited, but you must reserve a spot because space is limited. Members and non-members are invited.

DROP OFF and PICK UP is at our back door. Please drive behind Sun Medical and turn left down the alley to the back of the gym.
Stay in your car and we will come to you.

We will provide a Popsicle and the Nerf bullets. Bring your own Nerf gun labeled with your name and also a refillable water bottle.

Bar Skills Focus: We will work on fun drills and skills to make your upper body strength stronger. We will focus on the pullover, back hip circles, and front hip circles.
Floor Skills Focus: We will work on fun drills to make your tumbling skills stronger. We will focus on rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, handsprings, and more!
Clinic

Drop and Play
Halloween Drop and Play is designed for kids (ages 4–12-year old’s) to just drop-in for open play on certain Sunday’s from
Saturday, October 30th
1:30pm-4:30pm
Drop and Play is a great way to get some energy out in a fun, safe, air-conditioned environment. The cost is $20 per child. Your children will have free play, practice gymnastics skills, play games, and enjoy other fun gymnastics activities. Pre-registration is required! Non-members are welcome to register also.
Drop off and pick up will be around the back; the coaches will come to you.
Please send your child with a refillable water bottle, we will provide a Popsicle. If your child would like to buy a snack we will have our snack bar open, snacks are 50 cents each.
