Adaptive Gymnastics Classes with a parent
This class is designed to give children of all abilities a safe, fun and encouraging environment to do gymnastics. A gymnastics coach will lead the parents and their child through a variety of physical activities that will help increase coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility.
