RGC’S Policies & Procedures

Payment Schedule

Tuition is due on the first day of each month. After the 5th of the month, a $10 late fee is charged. Tuition is automatically debited from your credit card on file the 1st of every month. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. RGC has an annual registration fee of $35 per family.

Charter school fees are an additional $10 per month.

Our tuition schedule is based on 48 classes a year therefore when we are closed tuition is not pro-rate as there is 52 weeks in a year.

Thursday, December 22- Saturday, December 31st: Christmas Break

Here are the 2024 closure dates:

Monday, January 1st and Tuesday, January 2nd: New Years Closure

Monday, March 25- Monday, April 1st: Easter Break

Monday, May 27th: Memorial Day Closure

Friday, June 7- Sunday, June 9th: Annual Performance

Monday, July 1st- Saturday, July 6: 4th of July Closure

Monday, September 2nd: Labor Day

Thursday, October 31st: Halloween

Tuesday, November 26th- Sunday, December 1st: Thanksgiving Break

Sunday, December 22nd- Tuesday, December 31st: Christmas Break

Punctuality Policy

Classes begin promptly and for safety reasons children must be present for warm-up. We require students to arrive three minutes prior to class. If your child is more than 10 minutes late, a make-up class needs to be scheduled. One make-up class a month is allowed. Make- up classes are held on Saturdays and are by appointment through our website calendar.

Make- Up Classes

Regular attendance is strongly enforced so that your child will receive the maximum benefit and value from the program. However, we understand that situations may arise that you will be unable to attend regularly scheduled class. Should this occur, we will be happy to provide a make-up class through the parent portal. WE CANNOT PRORATE TUITION FOR MISSED CLASSES. Schedule a make up class HERE.

Termination Policy

Students will automatically be guaranteed a space in his/her selected class each month unless you notify us. Redlands Gymnastics Club requires a 30-day written notice of class withdrawal. No verbal withdraws will be accepted. Forms are available in the office or notice can be emailed to: redlandsgymnasticsclub@gmail.com Please allow 1-2 business days for confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying tuition for 30 days after we receive the withdrawal in writing,

Dress Code

All gymnast need to be wearing clothes they can run, jump, and flip in. We recommend a leotard for girls and athletic clothes for boys. Please do not send your child in any jeans or clothing with buttons.

We also ask that hair be pulled up, out of their face, and for gymnasts not to wear jewelry.

Refund Policy

RGC does not offer refunds for tuition, classes, registration fee, events, or any appeal purchases. If an emergency arises we are able to put your account on hold. Please contact the office directly if this were to happen.
